1. Prorata Billing:
Starting from 01.01.2015, our billing will change to prorata invoicing which means that you will be receiving only one invoice per month consolidating all your services.
As we have many customers that have several monthly services with us, we believe that it will be much more efficient both for you and us to minimize the amount of invoices & payments you have to complete during a month.
From the beginning of 2015, we will start issuing all invoices in the first of each month. Our billing system will create an invoice for your services in order to bring them to expiry on the first of each month and from thereon you will only be receiving one invoice per month.
If you purchase a service after the 20th of each month then your invoice will include 10 days of the running month plus invoicing for the next month in order to bring the new service to the prorata billing date.
2. New Services (Encrypted VPS)
As Data Privacy has become a very important topic the last years, we decided to launch 3 new Virtual Private Servers with encrypted OS which will maximize your Data Safety & Privacy.
Besides your ability to configure any application on the Linux VPS servers we are offering, you can combine it with several other security services we offer (Monitoring, Alerting, SSL Certificates, Backup etc) and have a really stable and secure environment to work on.
We offer solutions like OwnCloud installations, PBX (VOIP) systems & DID offering along with SIP trunks and of course you can also purchase an SSL Certificate of your preference to assure that all your communication with your Server / Application is encrypted and secure.
